Full-Time | On-Call Support
Job Responsibilities
* Provide 24×7 monitoring and L1 support for PTPTT, Research, Middle Office, FYT and network teams.
*Work according to the rotational shift schedule to support the 24×7 IT operation and monitoring requirements.
* Perform daily system health checks at fixed times (8:00 / 8:20 / 9:30) and complete end-of-day routines.
* Monitor system alerts via SolarWinds and remote access tools (Perfect SS, Usher Pass).
* Respond to after-hours emergency alerts by phone, email and IM, and follow escalation procedures.
* Prepare monthly operation reports including incident volume, response time and performance summary.
* Support daily operation, troubleshooting coordination and service availability for internal business departments.
Requirements
* Experience in IT Helpdesk, L1 Operation or Monitoring Support.
*
* Familiar with remote tools, system monitoring and basic incident escalation.
* Proficient in Excel for reporting and data summary.
* Able to handle on-call duties and respond to emergencies outside office hours.
* Responsible, detail-minded, good communication and follow-up skills.
* Basic English reading and writing for system alerts and internal documents.
* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
