IT BP

We are a fast-growing 4PL logistics company operating a digital supply chain platform covering multimodal transport and end-to-end logistics processes. We are hiring an IT Business Partner (ITBP) in Malaysia to bridge local business teams and our China-based IT delivery team.

This role spends approximately 70% of time on system and business support, including requirement gathering, incident and enhancement coordination, and user adoption. The remaining 30% focuses on local IT operations such as desktop support, laptop procurement, and basic network operations.

A) Business & System Support / ITBP (Approx. 70%)

·       Act as the primary IT contact for the Malaysia office and local stakeholders.

·       Understand and document business requirements; translate them into clear deliverables for China IT teams.

·       Provide L1/L2 application support for internal logistics systems.

·       Coordinate incidents, enhancements, UAT, and releases with remote IT teams.

·       Deliver user training, prepare SOPs, and support change management.

·       Identify recurring issues and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

B) Local IT Operations / Desktop & Network Support (Approx. 30%)

·       Provide onsite desktop and laptop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

·       Manage IT asset procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.

·       Support IT onboarding and offboarding for local employees.

·       Perform basic network operations and coordinate with ISP or managed service providers.
