(Work-from-home/remote) Accounts Assistant/Associate/Executive

Our services include accounting and tax compliance, corporate secretarial services, payroll management, and regulatory compliance — delivered through a digitally-enabled approach that prioritises accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication.
We are looking for a driven team member to join us as an Accounts Assistant/Associate/Executive.
This role is a predominantly full time, work-from-home role.
Requirements
Accounting:
- Process transactional documents to be included in monthly bookkeeping for clients.
- Prepare monthly management accounts for clients.
- Act as client liaison who is the point of communication between clients and Centry.
- Revert to client queries/requests and follow up with clients on outstanding items on a timely manner.
- Communicate with external parties (e.g. other company secretarial, auditors and tax agent firms etc).
Payroll:
- Prepare and ensure clients' monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time using online cloud payroll system, including claims, allowances and OT claims.
- Act as client liaison who is the point of communication between clients and Centry.
- Communicate and respond to clients and statutory authorities (EPF, SOCSO, HRD, LHDN) on queries and deliverables to client.

You are welcome to apply if you meet the following qualities/criteria:
- Diploma/Certificate/Bachelor degree/Professional certification in Accounting or its equivalent. Part-qualified professional certifications such as ACCA may apply.
- At least 1 year experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required (full-set accounts). Experience in accounting/professional firms is preferred.
- You are fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu languages. Ability to communicate in any other additional languages, such as Mandarin is an added advantage for liaison with clients and external parties, including international clients.
- Experience with Xero or Bukku accounting systems, and Swingvy payroll system is an added advantage.
- You are able to work independently in managing deliverables & deadlines. You are driven and value working in an efficient and high performance culture.
