Job Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, corporate-level websites (primarily WordPress, occasionally Shopify/Wix/Webflow)

Create clean, modern UI/UX using Figma, ensuring strong visual hierarchy and brand consistency

Translate designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites (desktop + mobile)

Execute fast design and development iterations for SME clients without compromising quality

Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain websites across multiple projects

Manage multiple projects concurrently with clear timelines and ownership

Document design systems, components, and workflows properly

Handle ongoing maintenance / webmaster tasks for active clients

Occasionally support branding / marketing assets when required

Requirements (Must-Have)

Strong UI/UX design sense (typography, spacing, layout, color – non-negotiable)

Proven portfolio of corporate websites (not just landing pages or templates)

Minimum 2 years hands-on WordPress experience (Elementor / WPBakery / custom themes)

Ability to convert design → working website independently

Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, basic JS)

Experience with WooCommerce

Able to handle multiple projects with clear prioritisation

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Self-driven with high ownership (not task-following only)

Additional Notes (IMPORTANT)

You must be responsive during working hours (9am–6pm SGT)

Occasional after-hours / weekend responsiveness may be required for urgent fixes

You are expected to update progress clearly and consistently (no vague updates)

Ability to follow structured workflows and trackers (Asana / task boards)

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Shopify / Webflow / Webflow experience

Basic PHP / WordPress plugin & theme customisation

DNS / hosting / server familiarity

Technical SEO knowledge

API integrations

Experience with performance optimisation / security
