Trial Class Specialist (Remote/WFA)

Overview

Are you passionate about education and enjoy working with people? We're looking for a Trial Class Manager to join our team in Malaysia and help us deliver an excellent experience to prospective students.

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently.
• Background in customer service, education, or event coordination is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.
• Must be a Malaysian Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Trial Classes/Demo Classes and sell courses.
• Guide children accompanied by their parents through brief, fun, and practical programming/designing exercises.
