TikTok Live Streamer/Host (Hybrid/Remote)
Job Summary
The Live Commerce Host will be the face of CompAsia’s live selling channels, responsible for hosting engaging and high-converting live commerce sessions across platforms such as TikTok Live and Shopee Live. This role plays a key part in driving real-time sales, educating customers on refurbished devices, and strengthening CompAsia’s brand presence in live commerce
Key Responsibilities
Host scheduled live commerce sessions to promote CompAsia products, campaigns, and offers
Engage viewers through clear product explanations, demonstrations, and Q&A
Drive conversions by handling objections, promoting offers, and encouraging checkout during live sessions
Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to align live content with campaigns and sales targets
Support product launches, clearance sales, and promotional events via live streaming
Maintain a strong on-screen brand presence aligned with CompAsia’s tone and values
Provide feedback on customer questions, objections, and market trends observed during live sessions
Requirements
Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking live on camera
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
Experience in live hosting, sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred
Interest or basic knowledge in consumer electronics (smartphones, laptops, gadgets)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for live session

Live session engagement (views, comments, retention)
Conversion rate and sales generated from live commerce
Consistency and quality of live sessions
Customer feedback and repeat live viewership
