Requirements

for an experienced and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our growing People Operations team. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless employee experience by managing core HR operations, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving people processes. The

brings a strong foundation in HR operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes a proactive, solutions-driven approach to supporting employees and stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing People Operations - Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role transitions, promotions, and internal movements. - Act as the first point of contact for employees through ticketing system during the assigned shift, addressing HR-related queries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.- Coordinate
