Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and scale our organic growth strategy across a portfolio of high-traffic financial, tax, and accounting websites.
Location: Remote - USA
Headquarters: New York, NY
Note: Please do not apply if you do not meet the English C1 requirement or cannot demonstrate measurable SEO results.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end SEO roadmap across technical, on-page, and off-site pillars
- Set measurable OKRs for organic traffic, keyword rankings, domain authority, and conversion
- Manage and mentor SEO specialists, content writers, and outreach coordinators
- Lead full technical SEO audits across WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and Next.js/React.js websites
- Manage schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, and URL architecture
- Design and execute ethical off-page SEO strategies—backlink outreach, guest posting, and digital PR campaigns
- Conduct in-depth competitor backlink analysis in Ahrefs
Requirements:
- Proven track record of measurable organic growth results
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building
- Experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Clarity
- English C1 proficiency required
