Senior Software Engineer - Backend/Python - USA Only (100% Remote)

Overview

Headquarters: USA (100% Remote) | Close is a bootstrapped, profitable, ~100 person team building a communication-focused CRM for small scaling businesses since 2013. Their backend tech stack consists of Python Flask web apps with TaskTiger for async task processing.

You'll join one of six cross-functional teams (CRM, Admin & Onboarding, Conversations, Messaging & Scheduling, Automations & Integrations, Data Insights) and regularly collaborate with other engineers, product managers, designers, and teams.
