Senior Product/UX Designer B2B SaaS REMOTE (m/f/d)

Overview

We're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company working at the intersection of technology and sustainability. As we scale, we're looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Location: Remote (Germany)

You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives and regulatory guidance into clear product requirements and user experiences. You will wear multiple hats: UX Designer and Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and user needs
• Translate strategic priorities into user-centric product requirements and user stories
• Design and facilitate workshops to align with customers and users
• Create and comprehensively document wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and designers
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, UX Design, or similar roles
• Strong UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping and user testing
• Experience in complex domains, data-heavy apps, or enterprise software
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma)
