Our client, a leader in industrial HVAC solutions, is looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Representative to join their team in Singapore and Malaysia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute direct sales strategies that will drive significant revenue growth through key industrial accounts.

Our client is a pioneer in providing integrated non-rigid air duct and insulation solutions for industrial HVAC applications. They are committed to innovation and excellence, offering high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of the market.

Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 9am-6pm
Working Location: Malaysia (Remote)
Salary Range: MYR 7500 - MYR 9500 + Commission entitles
What you'll be doing?
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement direct sales strategies that boost revenue growth for industrial key accounts.
Maximize Market Share: Build and expand market share for company's innovative solutions in the assigned territory.
Influence Project Specifications: Introduce and promote products by influencing project specifications and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct in-depth analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, architectural, and design teams to identify products that meet project needs.
Manage Distributors: Establish and manage distributor relationships, ensuring effective product and solution presentations to articulate technical information effectively.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HVAC Engineering, International Trade, or related fields is preferred.
Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of channel sales experience, particularly in HVAC, refrigeration, or building materials.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HVAC industry products is a must.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage distributor channels independently.
