Sales Engineer / Business Development - Fully Remote

We are partnering with a global industrial solutions provider with a strong presence in precision manufacturing and engineered components. The company supports clients across automotive, medical, energy, and emerging AI infrastructure sectors, delivering high-performance solutions into mission-critical applications.

They are currently expanding in Asia and looking for a hands-on Business Development / Sales professional to drive market penetration in Malaysia and the region.

Requirements

Identify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, medical, energy, and AI-related infrastructure (e.g. cooling systems)Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, pitching, negotiation, and closingProactively open new markets – this is a true hunter role (cold outreach, door opening, relationship building)Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and direct outreachUnderstand client needs and propose tailored technical/commercial solutionsPrepare quotations, proposals, and project timelinesAchieve sales targets and revenue growth objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
