As a Remote Telemarketer at Happy Together Academy, you will play a crucial role in promoting our courses and assisting learners in Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with learners and explaining the exciting course content and products they will learn to create during our workshops
- Assisting learners with any sign-up issues or queries, providing exceptional customer service
- Handling sales inquiries and providing detailed information about our courses, prices, and schedules
