What you'll be doing?
Business Development: Prospect and identify new business opportunities across local and export markets, driving growth for our lubricants portfolio.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with existing and potential customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Product Presentation: Showcase our range of high-quality lubricant products to clients, highlighting their unique benefits and applications.
Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and technical support, addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company's overall success.
Performance Reporting: Deliver regular sales reports and performance updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in local or regional sales within the lubricants industry (motor oil / marine oil), though candidates with transferable skills from related industries are encouraged to apply.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of lubricants and their applications in various industries is a must.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage customers at all levels effectively.
Proven Performance: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to drive results.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
Other Information:
Working Day: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm
Working Location: Fully remote work at your home country
Salary: Annual Salary SGD 60000 - SGD 78000 + Commission
