Job Description - Owners Corporation Management:

Manage owners corporation operations in Melbourne Australia remotely

Update details on management system

Manage correspondences with lot owners

Prepare and manage owners corporation budget

Prepare and schedule Annual General Meeting agendas and minutes

Conduct Annual General Meeting

Manage repair and maintenance request from lot owners

Manage issue of levy notices and other relevant notices

Chase up arrears

Administrative tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional work ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong writing ability in English

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Exceptionally conscientious and diligent

Proven track record of strong customer service and ability to work independently

Referral checks compulsory

Victorian Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate preferred (Property Management)
