General Position SummaryThis position is responsible for coordinating product regula.tory compliance for Mitsui Chemicals America, Inc. (hereinafter
MCA
) and provide related information to stakeholders such as cus.tomers or governmental authorities by understanding and adhering the Mid Term Plan (
MTP
) and Budget following the corresponding strategy and policy in Mitsui Chemicals, Inc (hereinafter
MCI
), ensuring the Federal, State and Local government regula.tory compliance for chemical products.
And this position is also responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality management system and for all of
MCA
products by closely communicating and consulting with
QARC
Manager and Director.2.
Essential Job FunctionsPrimary Job Functions:Prepare the
MTP
Budget under direct manager’s direction· by understanding the

and Budget policies and strategies· by ga.thering information and analyzing performance and achievement of previous terms and making suggestions Implements

group compliance activities with department management;· By having communication with various Federal, State and Local government regula.tors;· By moni.toring and studying new and implementing

), review their reply and keep received information as records;· By collecting appropriate information of raw materials or products, organizing, and syn.thesizing these data, checking data with regula.tory research databases, drafting and finalizing declarations of compliance such as
