Overview

As a Product Marketing Associate, you'll support the development and execution of product and packaging initiatives while playing an active role in product launch campaigns and go-to-market operations.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that our products meet consumer needs, brand standards, legal & coast

Support product and packaging development projects from concept to launch, in close coordination with Product Development, Sales and Marketing

Help organize and manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across cross-functional teams

Assist in planning and preparation of product launch campaigns with specific briefings and onboardings of the communication and trade marketing teams.

Create and adapt essential marketing materials and content in alignment with product positioning and brand guidelines

Support market and competitive research to identify insights and opportunities

Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure costing and margin optimizations

Help ga.ther and structure cus.tomer and consumer feedback to improve future product development and marketing activities

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies to keep projects on track and aligned with key objectives

Fluency in German and English is a must

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of practical experience in product marketing, or related roles

Understanding of product marketing principles and packaging operations

First experience in project management, ideally within cross-functional teams or marketing-related projects

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ideally first experience in food supply chains

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with data and translating it in.to actionable insights

Experience with marketing tools (e.g.

CMS, CRM, Canva, Google Analytics, project management tools) is a plus
