Let’s build wellness for millions together.What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a Product Growth Lead to take full ownership of our conversion funnels—from the moment a user clicks an ad to when they hit “subscribe.” This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product marketing, experimentation, and storytelling to drive measurable results.
You’ll lead a team of Product Growth Managers, optimize the web onboarding journey, and craft compelling, personalized experiences that motivate users to take action.
Requirements
Ownonboarding funnel—from post-click to payment screenLead the creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, creatives, and value propositions that boost motivation and clarityDevelop and validate hypotheses grounded in funnel analytics, user behavior, and friction pointsDesign and execute no-code experiments across different user segments (e.g., fitness level, lifestyle, weight goals)Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral dataCollaborate closely with Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product to ensure consistent user experience across touchpointsMentor and lead a team of 4 Product Growth Managers, helping them scale successful experiments and grow professionallyRequired Skills5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles, ideally in mobile-first or subscription-based environmentsProven success driving measurable improvements in onboarding and conversion ratesStrong understanding of user psychology and motivation, with the ability to communicate value clearly across segmentsExperience with no-code A/B testing tools and an iterative, data-driven approachAbility to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy and executionCreative mindset paired with analytical rigor—comfortable with both storytelling and spreadsheetsStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience leading and developing teams is a plusCandidate Journey️⭕️ Recruiter Call → ⭕️ Meet a team member → ️⭕️ Skills Assessment → ️⭕️ Leadershi
