Position: People Data & Analytics Lead Location: India (Remote) Reports to: Chief of Staff, CPO’s Office

You will translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations that help our leaders make the best possible decisions for our talent.This role requires a specialist who can pivot quickly from deep-dive workforce modeling to facilitating executive-level discussions in an agile, fast-paced environment.
