Profile

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to support our retail hiring needs. This role will focus mainly on sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and arranging interviews for frontline and store positions. If you enjoy talking to people and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Requirements

Assist in recruitment for retail and store-based positions.Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Maintain and update recruitment records and trackers.Support walk-in interviews and recruitment events.Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding documentation.

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Good communication and coordination skills.Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates.
