Human Resources Assistant (Remote)

Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to provide end-to-end recruitment support in a fully remote working environment.
Requirements
- Provide a full spectrum of Human Resources support including recruitment, onboarding arrangements, and employee lifecycle management
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Handle onboarding processes including documentation preparation and orientation arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and leave records
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Familiar with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandatory)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to accommodate ad-hoc meetings and work arrangements outside regular working hours

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
