HR Executive (Remote Work)
Job Description:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
Manage onboarding processes, including orientation, induction, and relevant documentation.
Maintain staff records and data in HR systems.
Payroll & Compensation
Calculate monthly salaries, statutory contributions, and allowances.
Prepare and submit statutory contributions to relevant government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
Manage staff claims, reimbursement processes, and related documentation.
HR Administration & Documentation
Prepare HR letters including confirmation, promotion, increment, and employment verification.
Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and system data.
Coordinate staff uniforms, accommodation, and other operational HR requirements.
Compliance & Statutory Reporting
Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and company policies.
Manage government-related submissions and reporting requirements.
Prepare Malaysia tax documents, including EA forms for employees.
Foreign Staff Management
Handle employment and compliance matters for foreign staff, including work permits and visa renewals.
Employee Relations & Investigations
Support HR investigations and handle employee relations matters as required.
Advise management on HR issues and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B/retail industry.
Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory contributions, and taxation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
