looking for a highly experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our lead generation engine. This is a data-driven, hands-on role focused on funnels, experimentation, and measurable growth - not content or website management.   What you’ll own Analytics & Tracking: GA4, events, full-funnel visibility Funnel Optimization (CRO): Identify leaks, improve conversions Paid Acquisition: Google, LinkedIn, Meta — optimize CAC & lead quality Experimentation: Run A/B tests across pages, messaging, and flows Lead Growth: Increase qualified leads and build scalable systems   SaaS Experience (Required) Experience in B2B SaaS Strong understanding of funnels (visitor → demo/signup → revenue) Familiar with CAC, LTV, MQL → SQL, pipeline Experience working closely with sales & product teams   What we’re looking for 5+ years in growth / performance marketing Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline, or revenue Strong in analytics, paid campaigns, and A/B testing Thinks in funnels, experiments, and impact — not tasks   Not a fit if you: Focus on vanity metrics Need direction for every step Haven’t owned a funnel end-to-end..
