As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will work directly with our clients to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and data solutions in real enterprise environments. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and client discovery.

You will not just ship prototypes. You will own solutions from first conversation through production deployment and ongoing iteration, ensuring they create real financial and operational impact. This role is ideal for engineers who want to stay deeply technical while working closely with clients and shaping how AI is applied in the real world.

What You Will Do   Client Discovery and Problem Framing Partner directly with clients to understand business objectives, constraints, and workflows Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical and data requirements Help clients articulate what success looks like in measurable financial or operational terms   Technical Design and Delivery Design and build production-ready AI and data workflows Work with modern AI tooling, including LLMs, structured data pipelines, and orchestration frameworks Integrate with existing client systems such as HRIS, ERP, CRM, payroll, and finance tools Own deployments end to end, including reliability, monitoring, and iteration   Embedded Execution Act as a trusted technical partner embedded with client teams Adapt solutions to real-world constraints like imperfect data, legacy systems, and evolving requirements Balance speed and rigor to deliver value quickly without sacrificing quality   Product and Platform Feedback Surface patterns and insights from cli
