About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable E-Commerce Operations & Pricing Executive to support our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, data-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced online retail environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing, monitoring competitor activity, updating stock levels, and ensuring product listings are complete and up to date across multiple platforms. Your work will directly contribute to smoother operations, stronger competitiveness, and a better online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

Update product prices across e-commerce platforms such as Website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

Update promotional and campaign pricing when required

Ensure pricing is accurate and consistent across all platforms

Review and improve pricing workflows to reduce errors and improve efficiency

Conduct regular competitor price checks and monitor market trends

Identify pricing discrepancies and highlight useful market insights

Update stock quantities accurately and monitor inventory movement

Create and maintain spare-part product listings on the company website

Ensure product attributes, images, and descriptions are complete and accurate

Support ad-hoc operational tasks such as data cleanup and product information updates

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
