Overview

We are looking for an outstanding and visionary product leader who is passionate

serving the developer community. This person will define and drive the execution of our product strategy and roadmap across the developer journey with a portfolio that spans MongoDB's traditional developer tools, MongoDB Compass, mongosh (MongoDB's shell), Atlas CLI, IDE integrations and extensions and local development experiences, to libraries such as language drivers and application frameworks, to MongoDB's offerings to support those on the forefront of developing with AI–such as our MCP server and AI framework support.

collaborate closely with stakeholders at every level of the organization, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple business units, to ensure that all MongoDB features are seamlessly woven into one of the best developer experiences in technology as we move into the age of AI.   

Your leadership in this role will be instrumental in not just maintaining, but increasing and intensifying developers' love of MongoDB.
