Customer Solutions Executive (Career Opportunity in Singapore | Remote Option)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and people-oriented individuals to join us as a Customer Solutions Executive, supporting clients in Singapore — proactively reaching out, understanding their concerns, and guiding them toward the right solutions.

This role is open to Malaysian candidates, with two working options available depending on suitability and preference:

Remote (Work From Home in Malaysia)

Opportunity to be based in Singapore

You will be the main point of contact for clients — following up, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Proactively reach out to clients to follow up, check in and offer timely assistance

Understand clients’ concerns and provide clear, tailored solutions that support their decision-making

Assist both existing and new clients with their renewals, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process

Prepare and present solutions, ensuring all details and documentation are accurate

Follow up on enquiries and proposals professionally and in a timely manner

Deliver excellent service that strengthens long-term client relationships

Work closely with the team while also managing tasks independently

Handle other ad hoc duties when required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred

Able to communicate in English and Chinese (to support Singapore clients)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport

Proactive and confident in reaching out to clients to offer support and solutions

Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Must have own laptop and stable internet connection (for remote setup)

A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
