Profile

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Support to join our team. This role plays a key part in assisting customers online with their inquiries while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact between Mister Mobile and customers via the Mister Mobile Chat App (WhatsApp).

Respond to all basic inquiries across messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu (XHS).

Handle live inquiries related to phone repairs, phone purchases, device buybacks, and other Mister Mobile services such as phone rentals and data migration.

Address basic customer complaints and manage customer expectations effectively.

Maintain regular communication with various internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support team operations and departmental needs.

Requirements

Experience in sales or customer service roles requiring communication in English preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interest and relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

Proficient in typing and communicating fluently in English for customer interaction

Able to speak Mandarin for internal communication

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 300 Mbps, and must prepare own basic equipment such as a laptop or PC that can support the job requirements

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment

Working Hours

6 days per week

42 hours per week (8-hour shifts)

Shift rotation includes:

AM Shift: 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM

PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Flexible meal break (not allowed at the start or end of the shift)
