Overview
We're hiring Night Shift Customer Service Experts for a multinational client — 100% work-from-home!
Requirements
Provide real-time telephone services for clients from hospitals, government agencies, and other institutions, focusing on facilitating smooth communication between English speakers and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers.
Accurately convey verbal information between English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers, ensuring the integrity, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of the message during medical consultations, administrative communications, or other official interactions.
Maintain professional and patient communication with all parties (doctors, patients, institutional staff) to address communication barriers promptly and resolve minor misunderstandings in a timely manner.
Adhere to confidentiality protocols strictly, especially for sensitive medical records, personal information of patients, and official data from government institutions.
Respond to incoming calls from partner institutions efficiently, ensuring quick connection to translation services and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Educational Background: Minimum SPM qualification.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both languages.
Empathy & Communication Skills: Strong empathy to understand the emotional needs of patients (e.g., anxiety, confusion) and the professional demands of doctors/ institutional staff.
Relevant Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in customer service in cross-cultural communication is highly desirable.
Professionalism & Ethics: Strict adherence to confidentiality rules and professional ethics; responsible for protecting the privacy and interests of clients.
Monthly Base
Salary
RM 7,000 – RM 8,500

Work Mode: 100% Remote, Night Shift
Working day: 5 days per week with 2 off day
Working hour: 9 hours per shift (8-hour working + 1 hour break time)
