Administrative Assistant (Fully Remote)
JOB OBJECTIVES
A work-from-home Administrative Assistant provides support to the executives and managers, assisting in daily operation needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To check CCRIS and prepare questions or queries for telemarketers.
To be involved in commission counting.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and analysis
Assist Account personnel in accounting-related tasks.
Any other ad-hoc tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position is open exclusively to Malaysian candidates.
The incumbent should possess a Diploma in any relevant field; or
Possess other education background such as SPM with proven experience in administrative or other relevant clerical functions.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides will be an added advantage.
Candidates with home-office setup will be preferred
