Requirements
Payroll Administration & Finance Support
- Timesheet Management: Collect, verify, and reconcile weekly/monthly timesheets from placed candidates across various client sites.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate gross pay, including overtime, allowances, and bonuses, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations.
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on approved timesheets and placement terms.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Liaise with candidates and client HR/Finance departments to resolve any pay or billing queries.
Reporting & Documentation
- Performance Tracking: Maintain Excel trackers to monitor recruiter KPIs, placement margins, and revenue forecasts.
- Data Cleanup: Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy in reporting and financial forecasting.
- Automated Tools: Develop and improve Excel templates using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas to speed up administrative tasks.
Technical Skills
- Excel: Proficient in Excel and MS Word. Experience in using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Sumifs, and Data Validation. Ability to create clean, professional dashboards.
- Word: Advanced formatting skills, including the use of Styles, Page Breaks, Section Headers, and Mail Merge.
Additional Requirements
- Experience: Diploma freshies are welcomed. Administrative or payroll-related role experience would be an added advantage.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills to communicate professionally with high-level client holders and candidates.
- Remote Ready: Having reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
- Attributes: A "zero-mistake" mindset regarding data entry and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
